      I really enjoyed this tasty sandwich. It was so good, everything complimented one another, nothing over powered and together, they created a memorable sandwich. Quick and easy to make, perfectly balanced, satisfying and addictive. Thank you for sharing your recipe, I will be enjoying this often. What a great way to start the day. Made for Pac Spring Safari 2013.

      Great breakfast sandwich! Filling and flavorful. I ended up using 1/2 avocado and tomato and neufchatel cheese. The addition of the parsley and green onion to the cheese really added a nice touch. Thanks for sharing. PAC Fall '12

      Wonderful sandwich. I had to omit the tomato, as I didn't have any, but wanted to try the recipe anyway. :)
