try this for a different flavor on your salads

  1. Fry diced bacon. Measure fat in pan (about 3 tablespoons)and add 1/3 as much vinegar (about 1 tablespoon) while fat is still hot.
  2. season with pepper and sugar.
  3. Add bacon bits.
  4. Pour on salad while hot.
  5. Good with potato salad, or green salads.
