try this for a different flavor on your salads
- Fry diced bacon. Measure fat in pan (about 3 tablespoons)and add 1/3 as much vinegar (about 1 tablespoon) while fat is still hot.
- season with pepper and sugar.
- Add bacon bits.
- Pour on salad while hot.
- Good with potato salad, or green salads.
