- 907.18 g idaho potatoes, peeled and diced (about 5 cups)
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise (or light mayonnaise)
- 29.58 ml cider vinegar
- 4.92 ml salt
- 1.23 ml black pepper
- 118.29 ml finely chopped celery
- 118.29 ml chopped hard-boiled egg
- 29.58 ml chopped fresh dill
- 118.29 ml chopped scallion
- 5 slice bacon, cooked and chopped
directions
- Boil potatoes for 13-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
- In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Toss and coat thoroughly.
