The family gave this another 5 star rating. I put this together last night for dinner. It was really simple and turned out great. I used mushrooms because I didn't have green peppers on hand. We will definitely be making this again.
Delicious!! My kids ages 5 & 20 months just loved this
Very nice and easy. I just used a normal tomato, a red pepper, which and we didn't have pizza sauce but had a can of enchilada sauce and added that, Yummy and spicy
