Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up

This was pretty good. I think if I made it again, I would add a few spices to the hamburger mixer. Otherwise, very easy to make.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 12 cup chopped onion (about 1 small)
  • 12 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (or other cheese of your choice, I don't use Velveeta)
  • 1 (13 7/8 ounce) packagerefrigerated pizza crusts


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Cook ground beef, bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain; return meat mixture to skillet.
  4. Add Velveeta; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat; set aside.
  6. Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Press into 15x8-inch rectangle.
  8. Top evenly with meat mixture.
  9. Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides.
  10. Bake seam-side down for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Cut diagonally into six slices to serve.
