I had never tried to cook a stuffed meatloaf prior to this recipe, but it turned out fairly well. I am not sure I would separate the filling from the loaf next time, because the filling, especially the cream cheese and cheddar cheese just sorta melted into the rest of the loaf, but the flavors melded together well. Tasty, especially with some extra ketchup overtop as "sauce". I would cook this recipe again!
