  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and pepper until blended.
  2. Stir in broccoli.
  3. Shape into a ball and roll in bacon.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers.
  7. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
