  1. Let cream cheese soften.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper until blended.
  3. Stir in broccoli.
  4. Shape into a ball and roll in bacon.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.
  6. Take out 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Spread on crackers and enjoy!
