What a delicious breakfast we had today! We loved this breakfast pie and it was sooo easy to put together. I made only a few changes (only because I didn't have everything in stock) -- used refrigerated hash browns vs. frozen, I used asparagus tips and all cheddar cheese. The sky is the limit with the veggie and cheese ingredients in this dish. Sooo good. Made for the For Your Consideration tag game, August, 2014.
