Bacon, Beer & Bleu Alfredo Sauce With Caramelized Onions

  1. Caramelize onions in oil.
  2. Render bacon until crisp.
  3. Remove bacon from pan and reserve.
  4. Sauté onions and bellas in bacon drippings.
  5. Deglaze with beer.
  6. Add half & half and reduce sauce.
  7. Stir in and melt cheese.
  8. Return bacon to the pan.
  9. Finish with pepper flakes.
  10. Serve over pasta and/ or with chicken.
