Bacon and Onion Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Fry bacon and drain on paper towels.
  3. Saute onion in about 1 tablespoon bacon drippings until tender.
  4. Sift together all the dry ingredients.
  5. Combine eggs, milk, and sour cream in a smal bowl and mix well.
  6. Add all at once to dry ingredients and stir just to moisten. Stir in the bacon and onions.
  7. Spoon into greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
