A great omelet.
- Saute onion in oil until tender; drain on paper towels.
- Cut bacon into 1" pieces; saute until medium crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Mix bacon and onion together.
I often make breakfast for dinner and used your recipe in omelettes last night. I ended up with three very generously stuffed omlettes by the time I added cheese, tomatoes, and jalapenos. This might be terrific on burgers and topped with cheese too. Thank you for sharing the idea and recipe!
