  • In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.
  • Reserve drippings in pan.
  • In a small bowl, crumble bacon; blend with sour cream.
  • Cut off ends of tomatoes and cut tomatoes in half.
  • Saute cut side of tomatoes in bacon drippings; turn over.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Top with sour cream mixture.
  • Cover; cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
