      These are really good! They were so easy to stir-up, especially since I buy cooked, diced bacon at the restaurant supply store and keep it in the freezer. I served these to the kids for breakfast with fresh fruit but they would be good with soup - especially split pea. I did throw a few in the freezer a week ago and heated them in the microwave this morning for breakfast. They were still yummy and held up well to freezing. Thanks NELady for a delicious change in our breakfast routine!

      Very good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written and they came out wonderful. I needed a breakfast on the go for this past Sunday and these did the job. Made for Spring PAC 2009.

      Wowzer...these went together in no time flat NELady. Thanks for posting a great little recipe for my side tonight w/blueberry pancakes. These would go great at a brunch type setting too. :-) Made for PRMR~

      NE LADY- These are great ! We all had these when the kids got home. Rave Reviews. A very nice after school treat. I did add a little more bacon. Having the rest for dinner tonight. Very flavorful. This is a repeat recipe. Made for PRMR tag.

      These are wonderful muffins! They would be perfect for breakfast/brunch and to take along to a potluck. The bits of bacon and cheese are just delicious. I baked mine about 18 minutes and they were done perfectly. Thanks for sharing!
