- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
directions
- Arrange the potatoes and onions on 2 large pieces of aluminum foil.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Seal the packets and place over hot coals.

I was really looking forward to these and thought with all of the ingredients they would be rather tasty. But my husband and I thought they were rather blah tasting. The only thing I did different was use cheddar cheese because I didn't have sharp cheddar, but I don't think that would have made that much of a difference in the taste. I also baked them in the oven.

I made this recipe for dinner last night and my family just loved it! We had NY strip steak, your great Backyard poataoes and the Japanese Cabbage Sald that I have posted! I cooked the meat and potatoes on the grill! Everything turned out real tasty! Your potatoes were a great hit! Thank you so much for sharing them with all of us! YUM :-)
