These are so yummy.Also you can do anything with this recipe have added black olives you name it and I bet it will work. Let me know what you think of this.

I was really looking forward to these and thought with all of the ingredients they would be rather tasty. But my husband and I thought they were rather blah tasting. The only thing I did different was use cheddar cheese because I didn't have sharp cheddar, but I don't think that would have made that much of a difference in the taste. I also baked them in the oven.
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
