ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup wheat bran
- 1⁄2 cup oat bran
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄2 cup protein powder
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup Karo syrup
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
directions
- Mix all ingredients. This will be thick, so a stand mixer is useful.
- Roll into a tube with plastic wrap, or press into a pan.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut into 15ish bars.
- Place in individual baggies.
- Enjoy while hiking!
