Easy and delicious. This comes from Peg Bracken's Cookbook.
- 1 lb ham slices, 3/4 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons fat
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 cup water
- Fry the ham in the hot fat. Remove it from the pan and keep it hot - in a 200 degree F oven.
- Pour all the other ingredient into the fat, cook 5 minutes.
- Put the ham back into it for another 5 minutes.
