This is a recipe I got from a former co-worker of mine. I'm not sure exactly what the origin is or why it's called "Babysitter Dip" -- all I know is that it's super easy and super good!
- 2 (8 ounce) bagsshredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces ranch dressing
- 1 (10 ounce) canof diced tomatoes and green chilies (I use Rotel brand)
- green onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- Mix all ingredients well. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
