For babies 4 months and up. I made this all the time for my daughter. I used whatever vegetables I had, squash, peas, green beans etc.
- 1⁄4 cup vegetables, cooked
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (or margarine)
- 1 tablespoon flour (or dry baby cereal)
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Combine vegetables and oil in a small saucepan.
- Place on low heat.
- Mix flour/cereal and water separately.
- Gradually stir into vegetable mix.
- Heat to warm.
