We tried this dish at Sizzler yesterday and I raced home to recreate it! So simple but unusual and absolutely delicious. Amaze your friends and family with just how good simple spinach can be.
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
- Combine dressing ingredients and toss with baby spinach leaves.
I love spinach and sesame oil, so this salad made a perfect lunch for two. It was so quick to bring together. There was enough dressing that I could have served it over 200-250 grams of spinach. Note: In this recipe, a tablespoon is equal to 4 teaspoons. Thanks, Kooka, for racing home and recreating this gem!
