Very nice salad! I loved the cheese crisps and made a bunch extra to snack on. :) DH wasn't wild about the dressing initially so I added a splash of maple syrup and a touch more mustard. We both very much enjoyed it then. Thanks for posting!

I liked this salad, especially the spinach, apple, vinaigrette combination. I could have taken or left the cheese crisps. I tried to be very careful, but the cheese crisps can easily become too browned and then taste a little off (even though they didn't look burned). Two of my crisps came out fine and tasted good. Despite using a non-stick pan, I am finding it a little hard to clean. I halved the salad to suit just me. Made for ZWT7

Reviewed for ZWT7 - very nice salad. Easy to put together and the Swiss Cheese crisps were a nice touch. My husband wasn't keen on it ...so I guess this must be more of a girly salad. Photo to be posted

Excellent salad! The flavours all complement one another beautifully. The cheese crisps make the salad out of the ordinary. Made for ZWT7

Excellent. I call cheese crisps 'fricos' and I've never made them with swiss (emmentaler) before - good! The spinach-apple combo was perfect with the vinaigrette. Looked and tasted completely 'gourmet'. Thanks.
