I just had this as a spread on a turkey sandwich with fresh spinach on french bread, and it was delicious! Tonight it will go over pasta for dinner! Super easy and so good. I got it from Woman's Day.

this turned out really well. i wanted to make two batches (two pints) so i tripled the recipe. instead of six cups of spinach i used five cups of spinach and one cup of sweet basil. i also threw in about four tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for each two pint batch. the overall recipe came out roughly like this: 5 c. spinach 1 c. sweet basil 1.5 c. walnuts 1.5 c. parmesan cheese 9 tbsp. olive oil 6 cloves garlic 8 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil i omitted the salt because with the tomatoes it makes it pretty rich. thanks for posting such a great recipe :).

I added one teaspoon basil and two teaspoons oregano to this recipe and it turned out perfect.
