These tasty little chips are much like kale chips, but for those who maybe aren't kale fans because they're a little sweeter and lighter! My kids could eat millions of these little guys!
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Preheat oven to 275. Toss baby spinach with oil. Lay flat and not over lapping on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. Either eat right away or store them in an airtight container.
