This is a Rachael Ray recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like an easy side for Southwestern or Middle Eastern dishes.

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Set potatoes on cookie sheet and drizzle with oil. Toss with cumin seeds and roast 20 min, then broil 5 min to brown cut edges.
  3. Toss cooked potatoes with salt, and serve.

A simple recipe, but one of my favorite ways of making potatoes.

A very enjoyable side dish with Indian toor dal and Basmati rice topped with yoghurt and a tall glass of juice. The flavours were unforgettable! Thank you for sharing :)
