Baby Meatloaves With Bacon Crisps

"These babies are so moist, you can easily double the recipe just increase the ground meat to 3 pounds and double all of the other ingredients this will give you 8 mini meatloaves. Use only half and half or full-fat milk for this, it will produce a moisture meatloaf. For an extra kick add in a couple tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese to the meat mixture."

  1. another all time winner Kitten, we loved this recipe, thank you!

  2. These had great flavor. I had to substitute crackers for bread because we didn't have any in the house. I increased them to 1 cup crackers and yet they were still a bit too moist. I loved the single serving size and the little bit of zing in the ketchup. I will make these again with bread.

  4. This recipe was perfect for my family! There are 8 of us and the kids loved the fact that they each had their own little meatloaf. I didn't add the bacon but other than that followed the recipe and everyone loved it! Thanks so much!

  5. Another great recipe Kittencal! I used all beef but otherwise followed the recipe exactly, doubling the amounts to make 8 meatloaves. Everybody loved it.
