This was AWESOME.  So refreshing and light.  I used olive oil instead of vegatable, lemon instead of the line and toasted sliced almonds instead of hazlenuts. This dressing is definately one of the best!

Really Good! I couldn't find hazelnuts so I used chopped Macadamia nuts. That dressing is unbelievably good! I also used Feta cheese. Thanks!

This was fabulous! The yummiest dressing I have ever tasted & will keep some on hand forever. I substituted feta cheese & almonds for the bleu cheese & hazelnuts.

What a yummy salad, I made it as stated in the recipe. The salad dressing is delicious, I belive it would be good on other salads with fresh fruits. I cut the recipe in half, using fresh Strawberries and scallions from the garden, grape tomatoes as that is what I had and pecans instead of hazelnuts. We really enjoyed this fresh pretty salad. Thank you Rita for posting the recipe.
