- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 cups baby carrots
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups baby corn, husked
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
directions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add carrots along with sweetener and salt, cover.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add baby corn and parsley, cook an additional 5 minutes; add more water if necessary.
