  1. Beat butter to a foam.
  2. Add sugar and eggs, beat well.
  3. Blend in flour.
  4. Cook egg yolks, cream, and sugar in double boiler until thick.
  5. Butter cup cake tins and dust with bread crumbs.
  6. Line tins with dough, fill with cooked custard and cover with dough.
  7. Bake in 350 F oven for 25 minutes.
