- 1 medium cauliflower
- 3 green onions
- 1⁄4 green pepper, chopped fine
- radish (optional)
- 1⁄3 cup baba ghanoush
- Cut cauliflower into small flowerlets, cook till tender.
- Cool and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Set in refrigerator or serve right away.
