I served the Baba Gnanouj with seaweed rice crackers and also plain small crackers asa pre luncheon appetizer - They loved it! Especially on the rice crackers. This is a definite do again recipe.
Excellent just as written but I have to admit to adding 3T more tahini just because I'm addicted. This is a particularly nice-looking Baba Ghanouj. It's a delicate light green due to the added fresh herbs, not the usual grey. Yum.
