Ba-Nana's Bread

"My favorite banana bread, I like to use unbleached flour and sugar but you could use which ever you choose. Also, this recipe makes about six 8 inch loaves...several people want one when I make them so have to make enough for everyone."

  1. This made for a super moist banana bread. I made as written, with the exception of adding about a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. The bread didn't rise much, but it did have a very nice flavor. I took two loaves to work and they quickly disappeared. I gave the third loaf to my in-laws who also enjoyed it very much. Made for Jan. 2011 Bargain Basement Tag.
