- 28 large pimento stuffed olives
- 2 cups grated extra old cheddar cheese
- 14 slices bacon, cut in half

- Cut the olives in half lengthwise.
- Remove the pimentos and chop fine.
- Blend the cheese and pimentos.
- Stuff the olive halves with the cheese mixture.
- Press halves together, wrap in 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpick.
- Broil for 4-5 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
