Very good and easy. Made it in the frying pan, after browning the chops, added the sauce and simmered for 1/2h, turning once. I made this for dinner tonight and it is quite good. It is more like a juice than a sauce. I'm not sure if I added 3 tbsp. ketchup or 4. I got distracted. Anyway, my picky-eater grown stepson liked the juice and he is real picky! The only problem I had was I didn't know what to do with the leftover juice. There is a lot left, so next time I may bake them uncovered or split the recipe in half.
