  1. Spray large saucepan with Pam, add onions and saute until softened.
  2. Add zucchini, green beans and pepper, cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. (Measure single servings.).
