- 1 cup room temperature water
- 1⁄2 cup fresh yogurt or 1/2 cup homemade yogurt
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground coriander
- 1 pinch salt
directions
- Blend for one minute.
- Drink after lunch.
