Another preparation of lassi which is a gastro delight !
Make and share this Ayurvedic Lassi f(or warding off GAS and BLOATING) recipe from Food.com.
- 1 cup room temperature water
- 1⁄2 cup fresh yogurt or 1⁄2 cup homemade yogurt
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground coriander
- 1 pinch salt
- Blend for one minute.
- Drink after lunch.

Well, the pinches need to be generous otherwise you can't taste a thing and it is just watered down yoghurt. I have to admit that this recipe made me feel bloated and I wanted to burp. I think my pinch of coriander was a trifle big. I'll stick to the sweet lassi recipes I think.
