- 1⁄2 small gingerroot
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons honey, for taste
- Combine all ingredients into a tea pot or coffee pot. fill pot with warm water, then place your pot onto the stove and cook until the water boils. Once the mixture has finished boiling let it stand for 20 minutes strain then serve with honey.
