  1. Fry ingredients with oil over slow fire for 15 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and a bit of tamarind infused water. Fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Chicken will be slightly uncooked.
  5. Heat frying pan with a lot of oil. When it's hot, put in chicken and fry to a brown colour.
