One of my favorite dishes. A variation on sweet and sour that my family (kids included) call a favorite. I always double the sweet and sour sauce because the sauce is so good drizzled over the rice and what is unused a I freeze for a quick lunch. You can omit cayenne and rosemary. Prep time does not include marinating time!!
- Mix above ingredients into a small bowl, whisking vigorously.
- Drizzle over 4 to 6 chicken breasts in a baking pan and let marinate for at least 1 hour, 6 to 8 is preferable for full flavor!
- Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees.
- Serve over white rice!
