Awesome Raspberry Banana Bread

"I love almost and combination of bananas and berries. This can also be made with strawberries, blackberries or blueberries. This recipe makes 4 breads or a whole lotta muffins. This way I get to freeze a bunch and always have some on hand!"

  1. excellent texture and taste. I followed the recipe exactly except I was low on sour cream and used half low fat yogurt - didn't seem to make a difference and it saves some calories.

I'm a single mom of an 11 year old boy. I work full-time and love to cook. My son (and his friends)love to eat my cooking. Mostly we eat seafood because we love it and it's quick to cook. I love fishing (of course) biking, hiking, gardening and reading. We have a cat, Hooligan; and yes, there is a good reason for that name.
