    Jennifer R's Note:

I'm on a diet, and have had a sweet tooth lately. I decided to use some frozen fruit in the freezer to make a dessert. The result was very tasty, fat-free, and low in calories.

We enjoyed this. I used frozen sliced strawberries, fat free vanilla soymilk (as it is sweeter than skim and we like this type of stuff really sweet). The only issue I had was that I thought, as written, that it was not sweet enough for us. I added another 1/2 cup of coolwhip and some more splenda. The concept is so great, though, that this deserves four stars! As I was feeding myself and two children, this easily made three servings for us. Thanks for one I'll make again and again.

I used frozen sliced peaches and this was a real treat. I can't wait to try it with other fruits. This will be made a lot when the warm weather gets here. Made for Alphabet Soup Game. Thanks for posting Jennifer, this is a keeper!
