A lady at work made this dip and everyone fell in love with it! It has now become a family favorite and I make it for every family function, its the first thing everyone ask when I walk through the door "Did you make the dip" And everyone gathers around the bowl and its gone in minutes so i double the batch. A nice change from the normal chips and dip!
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) canrotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise (i prefer miracle whip) or 1 cup Miracle Whip (i prefer miracle whip)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion (optional)
