This is really wonderful! I parboiled the cabbage and then mixed the cabbage and onions together with the rest of the casserole ingredients. I included about 1/2 of the cheese right into the cabbage mixture and saved the other half for the topping. Thanx for a delicious new cabbage recipe!
Made as directed. We enjoyed it, but will parboil the cabbage per Parsley's suggestion next time. This makes a LOT, Thanks for the recipe.
Delicious. I made the recipe as directed, substituting Ritz crackers.I will make this again.
I'm unsure if I was signed in when I left my previous feedback....so here goes again. Just changed a few things....i.e. crushed saltines for butter crackers....and low fat mayo......everything else was the same, and this was scumptious and so quick and easy to prepare. Took 40 minutes in my 350 oven until it was bubbly and browned. I used only (2) 8x8x2" pans thinking I would freeze one as just my hubby and I are at home now....but, that didn't work......I ended up cooking the second pan so we could each have more - it was that delicious. Thanks so much for sharing Mrs. Janet
