  1. Toss avocados with garlic, chipotle, lime juice, cilantro, kosher salt and pepper.
  2. Brush wonton wrappers edges with egg wash and fold diagonally.
  3. Press to seal.
  4. Fry in 350°F peanut oil until golden brown.
