Healthy lunch item
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 3 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 1 ounce alfalfa sprout
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 sliced plum tomato
- 1. Lay the tortilla on a cutting board.
- 2. Spread the mustard on the tortilla.
- 3. Layer the remaining ingredients.
- 4. Wrap.
- 5. Cut into two halves.
Great combo of flavors! I put ours on whole wheat bread and used ranch because my hubby prefers it on sandwiches. I also added spinach. Thanks for posting!!
