  • 1 12 ounces about 3 tbsp. mashed avocados
  • 2 large wasa, crispbread crackers with 80 calories
  • 2 tablespoons bagged sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (not packed in oil)
  • Seasonings

  • salt, black pepper, garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix avocado with a dash of each of the seasonings.
  2. Evenly spread mixture onto the crackers, and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
  3. MAKES 1 SERVING.
