This is great when you don't know what you want, but you feel healthy but looking for something filling and great tasting
- 1 avocado
- 2 slices bread, toasted, of your choice
- toast bread.
- spread with avocado.
- eat and enjoy.
- also fab if you add slices of cheese.
I have been making this for years but never thought of it as a recipe! I only do this with sourdough toast and it is fabulous...with salt and pepper. Great idea to post.
I personally love it topped with lots of freshly ground black pepper. This is what the Dr I worked for had every morning for breakfast when avocados were in season. Yummy!!!:)
This was great, i have a cold and needed something easy but nice to eat for lunch. Hit the spot!
