  • 2 slices bread, toasted, of your choice

  1. toast bread.
  2. spread with avocado.
  3. eat and enjoy.
  4. also fab if you add slices of cheese.

I have been making this for years but never thought of it as a recipe! I only do this with sourdough toast and it is fabulous...with salt and pepper. Great idea to post.

I personally love it topped with lots of freshly ground black pepper. This is what the Dr I worked for had every morning for breakfast when avocados were in season. Yummy!!!:)
