We enjoyed this recipe tonight for dinner. It was definitely a departure (in a good way!) from our typical pasta dishes. This tasted very fresh and reminded me of the flavors of summer. It involves a lot of chopping, so reserve the recipe for a night when you are not in a rush to get dinner to the table. We made no modifcations to the ingredients other than to use a little more jalapeno and angel hair pasta as I realized as I began the recipe that I was out of linguine. This worked ok, but the linguine would have been better. I served with a salad on the side. I would make this one again. Thanks!

This was delicious, just a little overkill on the spiciness if made as described. I substituted a can of Mexican Rotel for the tomatoes and cilantro and soyrella cheese for feta and it was still very good so you fellow lactose intolerant people out there should give that a try! I never thought these ingredients would all come together in such a complementary way!
This is a wonderful recipe. I made the recipe as you directed in your recipe. It was aa really nice combnatin of flavors, and they unified nicely. I thought the finished dish was very successful. 5* all the way! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

This was great. I made a bunch of changes to the recipe, none of which detracted from the original. I used 1/2 pound of orzo instead of linguini, but used the entire amount of sauce. I added the meat of a whole cut up cooked chicken. Then as a final touch, I squeezed a whole lime over the avocado before blending in. Very nice bright flavor. Will be adding this to our regulars.
This is great! It has a TexMex flair to it that I love. This is unique in that it's not too saucy and isn't heavy with tomatoes. It has a great fresh and light quality to it -- great combo of flavors. The only thing we changed is that we did add some diced cooked chicken to it and used orzo instead of linguine. I'm eating the leftovers right now for lunch -- just straight out of the fridge and it's great that way as well.
