Spread for chips and bread- given to me as my 1st recipe for my recipe book as a youth by a church leader.
- 3⁄4 cup chopped alfalfa sprout
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 medium avocado, mashed
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- salt and pepper
- Mix well and serve with crackers or bread.
- Chill while storing.
