"Mccormick & Schmicks Avocado Salsa. A fantastic light salsa to add to any dish you wish to add the South of the Boarder taste."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1/2 Cup (approximate)

ingredients

• 1 avocado, Large, diced to about 1/2 inch
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons onions, Finely Diced
• 1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, Minced
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
• 2 teaspoons lime juice, Freshly Squeezed
• 2 tablespoons salsa, Store Bought

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients and fold to blend.
2. Be careful not to smash the Avocados.
